Market Updates
One of the most valuable services a Realtor can offer is accurate, relevant information on the market. The internet is wonderful, but researching recent sales, trends and values can be difficult for the general public. Agents know their market, and can access information much more easily; one of the reasons people still trust us to assist them with their transaction. I am happy to offer free, no obligation market updates via email that are drawn directly from the MLS and customized by hand for each person who requests them.
Why do I do this?
It’s simple really… I want to be your go-to person when you think of making a move! It’s my way of keeping in touch, but with relevant information as opposed to newsletters or other emails that many people can find annoying and quite frankly, (I know) usually just get deleted. You will only receive an email when there is information to share, and you can unsubscribe or change your preferences at any time.
I won’t hassle you, spam you or invade your privacy… but I’m right here when you have a question about what you’re seeing, or hopefully to assist you when it’s time to make a move!
